I offer classes in the Iyengar style known for its focus on increasing strength, mobility, and stability through the precise and structural alignment of the body.
Unifying breath with movement is a major aspect to this practice as it helps to unify the being as a whole. 

Integrating yoga into your and/or your child's life is a conscious choice and a personal journey. Together we will create a program specifically tailored to your or your child's goals and capacities.
