Yoga for Every Body
Yoga truly does have benefits for everyone.
In my case, I often feel a deep sense of calm and accomplishment after I practice. Others feel energized, while still others leave feeling uplifted.
I believe that the benefits of yoga are attainable by every body, regardless of age or ability. It is my intention to help guide and facilitate each individual's practice so that they too can reap the many benefits, physical, psychological and emotional, that yoga can offer.
I am certified to teach yoga to 'typical' students as well as to children and children with special needs.
